If you find any item missing or damaged, please return the package immediately to your delivery agent. Once the package is accepted, we cannot process claims for missing, wrong, or defective items.

  • Replacement Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery (applicable only for food and grocery items).
  • Refunds are applicable only to canceled orders due to product unavailability.
  • For any technical issues regarding orders, deliveries, or refunds, the correct service will be provided as soon as the issue is resolved.
  • In case of a return, the buyer is responsible for all transportation and courier charges.

Requirements for a Valid Return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Product with original packaging

Valid Reasons to Return an Item:

  • Delivery of wrong product
  • Delivery of defective product
  • Delivery of products with missing parts
  • Incorrect content on the website

Installation Service Terms:

For products that require installation, the service will be provided within 3 working days after receiving the product. Once delivered, these products cannot be returned.

Refund Due to Product Unavailability:

  • Delivery is subject to the availability of products. BongooMart.com may cancel or delay orders if stock is temporarily unavailable.
  • If a customer agrees to wait, the order may remain in “open” status for up to 30 days.
  • In case of cancellation after advance payment, a full refund will be provided within 1-10 working days.

Exclusions for Return/Replacement Guarantee:

  • Damages due to misuse
  • Incidental damages from product malfunction
  • Used or installed consumable items
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
  • Products without original packaging and accessories

Same/Next Day Delivery:

  • Applicable for selected vendors’ orders within Dhaka city.
  • Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM will be considered for same/next-day delivery, based on product availability at our office.
  • Order processing starts after confirmation by a Customer Service agent.

BongooMart.com reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order. Customers may request to cancel their order if they disagree with the same/next-day delivery terms.
